 Never lay a hat flat on a table top, as it will ruin the shape of the brim. Do not hang them on a hat peg, as it will cause unsightly creases or bulges in the crown, especially with straw hats. The best way to store a hat is to stuff the crown with tissue paper and store in a well sized hat box. Storing your hats in a hat box will keep them free from dust, weather, and undesirable mishaps. It will also help your hat to retain its original shape. You may also store on a proper hat stand which allows the brim to remain horizontal. We do not presently sell hat boxes, but recommend the following sites where you may purchase them. |
